Shipping policy

At Eir Organics, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review the details below for our shipping timelines and delivery information.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, it will be shipped and you’ll receive a confirmation email (and tracking details if available).


Shipping & Delivery Time

Our standard delivery time is approximately 7–12 business days from the date your order ships and in some instances during busy seasons over december to february it can be up to 20 business days.

Please note:

  • Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before you complete your purchase.


Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, you’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam/junk folder.


Delays & Exceptions

While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery window, delays may occur due to:

  • Severe weather or natural events

  • Carrier delays or service disruptions

  • High-volume seasons (holidays, promotions)

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout

Eir Organics is not responsible for delays that are outside of our control, but we’ll always help you in any way we can.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for reshipping fees.
